Financial Statements are examined and audited by our Principal and Chartered Accountant to ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards ( IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Services Offered

1. An examination and assessment of the client company Internal Control Accounting System to determine it’s adequacy and effective.
2. A systematic verification of items in the Statement of Income, The Balance Sheet and the Notes to the Accounts.
3. Verification as to compliance with IAS, and IFRS.

Fees

A basic fee of Usd 1000, with a minimum of 10 hours of work at Usd 100 per hour.

However fees vary with the time involved with each assignment, the complexity and risk of the work undertaken.
