where necessary, as partition walls. 3. Adapting the ground floor of the main building to accommodate a major leasehold. 4. Providing shopping facilities within the ground floor area. 5. Maintaining existing leaseholders space on the ground floor. 6. Renovate existing lumber stalls to provide
office accommodation together with ground floor shopping and first floor apartment suites. 7. Maintain existing short-term leaseable facilities. 8. Provide a Town Centre Hotel on the third floor, complete with elevators and within close proximity to other facilities (i.e. restaurants, banking, businesses etc.)
9. Provide a courtyard ambiance for all housed within the complex. 10. Attract tourism from the existing and increasing cruise ship trade. 11. Integrate a hotel, shopping, offices, tenants and tourism within the confines of the complex. 12. Enhance the appearance of central Basseterre.
