Yearly annual financial statements which include the Income Statement , Balance Sheet and Notes to the Accounts are prepared by our Internal staff and reviewed for compliance with Standard Accounting Practice and International Financial Report Standards (IFRS) by our Prinicipal and Chartered Accountant.

Fees

A basic fee of Usd 1000 per annual financial statements,with a minimum of 10 hours of work at Usd 100 per hour.

However fees are determined based on the time involved with each assignment, the complexity and risk of the work undertaken.
